  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

Was mulling over combining these two methods to increase the odds. Am I right in thinking they have similar mechanisms of action in stopping oxygen binding to haemoglobin? Would they potentiate or undermine each other when used in tandem?

SN will change your hemoglobin into methemoglobing, which has such a high affinity with oxygen that it won't let it go into the tissues, while CO poisoning replaces the oxygen in your system by having a higher affinity to hemoglobin. I haven't found any info about the affinity of MetHb to CO, but I'd say that the SN will kinda step over the CO poisoning.
