Even though I have more posts than you, I still can't pm you because maybe your amount of posts is not enough.
Some members have complained about the same. Anyway, do the ticket stuff!

Click the three white lines on the upper left and a menu will show up. Go to TICKETS there and explain your issue to the admins. Here's a screenshot:
