I live in the US. I don't have health insurance and don't know anyone on dopamine antagonists so I'm hoping that I take enough SN for it to still work even if I puke it all up.

You could try OTC Dramamine (motion sickness medication). It's an AE of sorts that prevents nausea and vomiting. No guarantees of course. Just a thought.
