Supreme Court hears case that could jeopardize Kenneth Law prosecution for murder

The Ontario Court of Appeal previously ruled that charges of aiding suicide and murder cannot be laid for the same underlying offence

Though that's from a couple of days ago, I don't see one from today.

The jist of it seems to be that if the person had their own will in the death then it was suicide, and only murder if you overcame that will and played some part in killing the person. Also that a death cannot both be a murder and a suicide. Which makes sense to me.
