Hi, i would like to ask are antiemetics really that important with SN, like there is higher risk of failure ? Because i don't know how to get these, I'm terrible at lying to doctors. He/she would probably prescribe me something weak or nothing at all.

You can, but from what I heard most people would throw up without the use of antiemetics. Even with the latter some prepare back-up cups of SN in case they do regurgitate some of it. It is very important to be sure that enough SN is taken, as not taking enough has a high chance of resulting in organ damage without killing you.

Yes you can but it's not the best idea. You don't really have any come back to say the method is bad if you don't follow it in full and then subsequently fail. They're obviously there for a good reason. Poisons work by keeping the poison down.

Probably not…? But drinking too much might make you throw up whether it is orange juice or a SN solution, so try to not overdo it.

It is better to take antiemetics, yes, but it appears some people were still able to pass out even after throwing up.

I just ordered Meto yesterday, but then I read a warning post about its side effects. Dyskinesia really scares me. Of course, the idea is not to survive the SN, but shit can happen and Idk. I am positive that I would not throw up that much. My body is prepared for the idea of ctb. If I skip the Meto, and fast for 8-10 hours, can it still work? Or maybe take Meto just the 30 mg an hour before not every 8 hours?

Sure, some people have succeeded without AE, but why take the risk when you can order it off the clear web? I've read about people violently and uncontrollably vomiting after taking the SN, so imo, you shouldn't even try.
Yeah but the problem is I only have access to stuff like dimenhydrinate because it's otc and i'm not sure if it's enough. If you are talking that you can take from the web better ones like meto, I would like to know how to get them, but I doubt anyone here would give me any sources.Similar threads
