A group chat is a feature that is accessed through the chat feature - I've linked the feature above but here's a direct link: https://sanctioned-suicide.net/chat/

A group conversation is done through the conversation feature - Like you've shown in the screenshot https://sanctioned-suicide.net/conversations/

They're both different communication features
