If dysfunctional means something sort of disease here, yes I'm dysfunctional rather than depressed. The only good side of PSSD is that it took away my depression and anxiety from me.

Absolutely, there are times where when I'm hyperfocused on obsessed over something, I get so dysfunctional that I don't even shower, skip a meal or two, or don't do the things I should do in a normal life, like basic necessities. Only when I break out of the obsession or whatever thing that I'm fixated on do I slowly go back to normal.
