• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I want to kill myself but right now i feel like starving. Ive been on a 300 kcal diet for about 4 days lost 4 kg. Im trying to avoid a plateau. Please dont tell me to change my diet or eat more. Im just curious if there is any medication that you dont need a perscription for or anything you can eat or drink to avoid because stuck at the same weight.
Thanks:)

i could be wrong but i dont think there is a plateau. if you're in a net loss of calories you're going to lose weight regardless.

I think you just quickly lost mostly water and glycogen, not fat. Anyway, you will lose weight on the calorie deficit, that's just how the organism works, but the weight loss may not be linear and not as fast as in the beginning. I hope and suspect that you know how unhealthy such a big calorie deficit is (no judgment)
