So I've been searching for methods and I heard about this one but I don't fully understand it or how it works

There's a carbon monoxide megathread around here. CO is an odorless and colorless gas. When you inhale it your body will not show any reactions like if you inhaled CO2. CO binds to the blood in the lungs instead of oxygen and it blocks the regular transfere from O2 <-> CO2. With pretty high concentrations of CO in a room you wil lose consiousness within minutes.

A pretty effective method but needs to be very well prepared.

There's plenty of info on this but just be careful to other people.

It's known to have killed and seriously harmed innocent people too.

There isn't thar much to understand. CO is a chemical. And if you are in an enclosed space with a sufficient quantity of it, you will 100% die.

The devil is In the details, how to generate a sufficient quantity of it and then measure it when you do it so you know there is enough.
