Method Can otc painkillers numb pain

Was thinking to cause testicle injury (given that crap is giving test which gives libido which makes me even more miserable). Now thing is sadly i am naturally a coward and just scared of pain (every day i am suffering for years and years) and scared the cut and stab from scissors would be painful so to numb the painsoi can do it (not castration but just to poke and cut enough to do damage since i just.. i just and dont even know what to say its gets worse and worse its just miserable being alive esp with active libido)

So how much to take aspirin or ibuprofen or paracetamol or mix?

I highly doubt that any OTC painkillers are gonna work for this kind of pain. You need anesthetics.

If OTC painkillers were enough for something like that, hospitals would not need much stronger drugs for surgery. OTC painkillers will dull the pain but they will nowhere near numb you to things like cutting yourself with scissors.
