Can lemon be useful to avoid the bad taste/vomiting after drinking the SN drink? or anytime time during the CTB to avoid vomiting to stay SN in stomach?

Vomiting not from taste but fact that you're getting poisoned. I don't know. I have my SN now but not sure how to keep it down without meto

I would say acid would even increase the risk of vometing. Better eat a small piece of chocolate.

You can use a numbing gel or mouthwash beforehand and then small bit of chocolate or candy, an antiemetic is essential

I don't think lemon is a good idea, even if it's a small amount I wouldn't risk it. Better as they mentioned mouthwash, caramel or chocolate

No

Meto is to stop vomiting and should be taken before like in stans guide to sn.

You posted about the bad taste, so if you numb your mouth with numbing mouthwash or something strong tasting you will not find the sn drink too unpleasant.
