I don't think so, benzo won't kill you, it will knock u off but u will wake up once the effect of the drug in your body is gone

If you fell asleep, you wouldn't be able to do anything once you fall so you wouldn't have to worry about doing dumb things will blacked out.

Doubt it would make you pass out very quickly or be nearly as sedating once you fall asleep, but everyone is different.

Would alcohol be better? Struggling to find the sweet spot to pass out and hoping one of the two could make it easier

I don't know. Benzos work the quickest if you have no tolerance.

Oh I see. I don't have any and don't know how to get them so it's not really an option for me :/
