Transplantations are possible in the case, the donar is only "braindead". Braindeath is a construction, its different from the real biological death. The donor is not really dead, he or she is in the process of dying during the explanations, which can be really cruel whitout narcosis.

The patient needs to be alive and healthy but brain dead with no hope if recovery. Falls, crashes and aneurysms are good for this. Illness and poison deaths are not accepted.
