Or do i need some specific bottle of helium ? (Like maybe some of them are converted like with the CO catalyser in the cars ) or are all hellium bottles the same ? Sorry i know the question sounds stupid but i don't know shit about those sort of things.

Balloontime helium is only 80% helium you need a cylinder with atleast 99%. There are some companies like party stores that sell pure helium but it depends. Nitrogen works too but it also has to be atleast 99%
