So as some of you know I survived jumping from bridge, however due to stop SS idiots now making it near enough impossible to get SN I'm back at deciding on partial or jumping.

I'm curious however how many people here have actually survived jumping?
I jumped in to water, was pulled out fairly quickly.

Im in UK but don't make much difference

I highly doubt it's impossible to get SN, it's too widely used in things other than suicides. What would butchers do? If I were sourcing this, I would try to make myself look like a legitimate purchase as much as possible with a fake but professional sounding company name and matching e-mail (created with a proxy) and a delivery address to a virtual office that accepts one-off collections (since they're restricting SN to commercial premises only).

I'm obliged to say that I'm 100% not encouraging this way and hope you choose life instead - and actually having the substance/an option may bring you peace of mind and the will to live as it has for others, ironically

I know this isn't precisly what youre looking for. I flipped myself off a porch into a cement stairwell when I was 5 or so. I was trying to hurt myself but I landed sitting safely on a step, only scratching my back a lot but not breaking it.

I agree with what others have said. It sometimes makes you feel safe when you know you have a means at your disposal. Safe enought to sit back and think about living a little more of your life. I have my method ready and its a great comfort.

Hi Beachedwhale. I'd typed a longwinded response to something you'd posted earlier today and then everything disappeared.
What's a beachy head?

Unbelivable,i'm sorry for what happened to you ... :( sorry can I ask you some questions too? Jumping is the method I have chosen, I have no other choice but I am sure I want to do it if the plan succeeds.
I would like to know how high was the bridge? Was the water deep underneath or did you hit bottom and broke your bones? What bones did you break if I may ask? How did you jump? Did you feel the impact when you landed? What did you feel? What about the pain? Did you feel it right away or did you faint? And after that it hurt a lot? Forgive me if I bombarded you with questions ... but my ctb day is coming ... Thanks for the answers.

@TJuk is the one who jumped, not me... My method is shallow water blackout, it's painless & it kills without fail.

I don't quite understand your question. Shallow water blackout isn't plain old drowning that occurs because a person can't swim.

"Shallow Water Blackout/Faint (Hypoxic Blackout) can occur in any body of water (pool, lake, river, ocean or bathtub) when hyperventilating and repeatedly breath holding underwater, regardless of water depth. Even if the person is an experienced diver and lifeguards are on duty, there is still a great risk because it is hard to detect from above the water and death occurs in only 2-3 minutes."

I know a guy from work that survived jumping from around 4 stories. He had a lot of broken bones, including the face and jaw. It was extreme to see.

I'd never heard of this method, but this is actually something that seems worth considering. You could do this almost anywhere there's water.

The accidental drowning of a Sacramento area yoga teacher in a shallow pool at Asha Urban Baths has raised questions about Wim Hof's breathing technique that involves "controlled hyperventilation" before holding the breath for an extended period of time.

The death of Aaron Pappas, 43, follows another accidental drowning a few weeks ago by an Israeli man who was meditating, face down, in a shallow portion of the Yuba River.

Hof's website contains a warning: "Never practice the method near water, before or during diving, swimming, taking a bath or any other place where it might be dangerous to faint."
@Beachedwhale
What's so funny about spiritual masters passing out during breathing exercises & drowning in an inch of water, you monster? :haha::haha:

The OP has since made a Goodbye topic, although Catherine Adenekan has recently tweeted that OP sent her "evidence" of suicide encouragement on this forum.

… I'm obliged to say that I'm 100% not encouraging this way and hope you choose life instead - and actually having the substance/an option may bring you peace of mind and the will to live as it has for others, ironically

I hope my post above was one of those sent for the portfolio of "eViDeNce" StopSS have garnered which is getting more exaggerated by the day, the fact I even said I hope OP chooses life instead which would not be considered to be encouragement by anyone with more intellectual prowess than a milk jug (which I guess remains to be seen in Catherine's case)

btw, I'm not blaming the OP at all even if they did send screenshots, but I am blaming StopSS for distorting them. thx

Ouch did the facial ones lead to disfigurement?
