Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I just don't have access to any benzo or the money to get a prescription from a psychiatrist. Doxylamine does help me to sleep, but I don't know what it would do for the SN. I would be grateful if you could give me an answer.

Doxylamine is an antihistamine, which is not remotely in the same class as benzo's, and it won't have nearly the same effect. It's similar to hydroxyzine, which is another antihistamine doctors in my area give for anxiety or insomnia whenever they want the absolute safest drug possible.

I'm not sure if it would be helpful with SN. Those drugs make me drowsy and woozy. They could help or hurt with nausea, they are approved for vomiting during pregnancy but SN is a different type of nausea so who knows? Probably best not to take it.

I was considering using this because I didn't have access to benzos, however it won't help with the anxiety/SI. My experience with doxylamine is that it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't (if you use it to cause drowsiness). I was also sure that I would be very anxious before taking the SN which might prolong the time the doxylamine takes effect.

I haven't seen any instances where anyone has used doxylamine in their protocol.
