How much coffee do I have to drink for a caffeine overdose? Ugh I can't do this anymore and I'd like to go out doing what I love (drinking coffee haha)

your body literally wouldnt hold enough coffee for it to be toxic unless you drank nothing but coffee day in day out for longer than a human could and didn't eat and its just a very slow liver, kidney, cognitive decline thats more painful than successful

From just researching a bit on google, it looks like 75-100 cups of coffee would result in a medical emergency. I will say that it wouldn't be a pleasant or peaceful way to go.

Caffeine OD is super rare , unless you have some type of heart condition etc.

It's different when it comes to pre-work out , energy drinks , or concentrated caffeine pills.

Man you can literally die if you drink too much water...5 liters I think, but it's always painfull and your organs dying slowly and you can even survive, that's the worst part.

Yah exactly there was some rare situations like that young dude that had the perfect storm ...didn't eat , had little water. . Then just took 8 scoops of high intense pre work out.

I can't remember the numbers it's like the blood to caffeine ratio ? Like 100mg per L or whatever.
40 cups in under ten minutes or something there's a bunch of articles like these 2 pretty interesting.

But like the other person mentioned , your dealing with headache , dizzy , fucked up heart rate, stomach pains , etc etc .

from what i can find you need about 20 grams of caffeine, coffee doesn't have much caffeine in it so they recommended tablets. But overall not much is known about it

And they have limits on certain things.
Canada just passed 180 max on energy drinks..
Not sure about the states.
Either way you can find pre workouts with like 250-350mg it's just labeled natural / health lol

Could always try the crushing up.like 50 or 60 cherry pits containing the pit juice and mix it in a cup of coffee , I've been revisiting this way lately.
Just can't find many confirmed success for ctb or by accident. But in theory it's supposed to work.

I have a bag actually, I tried one and it's bitter but not too gross tasting. Anyways, you still need to eat alot, is the coffee meant to just hide the taste or something to do with the caffeine?

I drank three caffeine pills. You will urinate a lot. You will become dehydrated. You will have a headache and very high blood pressure. Stay away from them. There are better ways.

Yeah that's what the stone fruit pits contain: amygdalin which gets converted into HCN in the body

I've also heard about bitter almonds. I think a few would do the trick. Sadly there are none in America tho…

Wanna eat the whole bag and report back?? Haha. I've read reviews for bitter apricot kernels of people freaking out, not knowing you're only supposed to have 3 a day and they consumed about 20. They just got nauseous, dizzy and weak. I'd assume the same thing would happen like oding on otc pills. Not a single death reported anywhere. Another review said they built their way up to 40 kernels and were just fine. They just praise it for curing cancer. Cherries are out of season where I live now but I assume the same thing would happen. I've been obsessed searching for methods including this… I don't think it's viable unfortunately / :
