Not really. You can only be born to your parents and no one else. It's impossible scientifically to be born to anyone else. I mean, to put it very simply, without getting into the weeds, when the whole reproduction thing happens, DNA from the father and mother combines to create you. No one else could have created you. It's just that simple.

The unique person that you are now could have only been made through that combination.
