Bullet Choice?

Got my lovely 12 gauge Shotgun trimmed. It's now down to 18" barrel, perfect to be placed in mouth and pointing towards brain stem.

What are the best options for bullets? I cannot afford to survive such an attempt, need to ensure a one-shot-death.




If anyone know/is thinking about ctb by firearm, please help by sharing what you know about bullets >.<

I cannot decide between 00 buckshot and hollow point bullets.

I want the highest lethality rate. They both do lots of damage. But which one is more likely to cause death?

well, that does save the effort and money for trimming the barrel :D

Kinda off-topic, but is it possible to buy hand grenades? I just searched and you can, at least in USA. Is just pulling the pin on a grenade and holding it next to your head a good method?

You really can't go wrong with either 00 or 000 buckshot or a slug round.

One point of interest that I have yet to find a definitive answer on is: how wide will the pellets actually disperse upon leaving the muzzle given the incredibly short distance? This is making the decision to opt for either buckshot or a slug round personally contentious for me.

Yes we can buy grenades. I think shotgun pointing precisely has more success rate than explosives. I cannot afford risk surviving with half face left. That would be terrible.

Am from UK guns are hard too get, If I could grab one I believe I wouldn't be here today.

Might be overkill but a something like a rocket that I could fire up and then drop down on me whilst am surrounded by explosives just too ensure I don't survive

Would do the old school blindfold and smoke while I wait probably one last spliff before the end

I've seen a photo of buckshot penetrating ballistic gel:

If you want wider disperse, double barrel shotguns gonna make it. As one of the material in the resource section mentioned, double barrels are recommended fir their wider splash range
