Breakdown.
Something clicks inside your head,
You can't get up, you stay in bed,
Every day becomes the same,
This is how you go insane,
Any friends you had before,
You never see them anymore,
You clench your jaw, and grind your teeth,
There's a torrent raging underneath,
You don't go out, you stay inside,
You just want to scream and hide,
At last you crack, your mind it breaks,
You live in fear, your body quakes,
You call for help, you're in the queue,
Another animal in the human zoo,
Go outside and have a walk,
Learn to breathe, have a talk,
You'll be fine, you hear them say,
It's only life, it's made that way,
You can't sleep, you toss and turn,
Your mind racing, you want to burn,
Now you're on the merry go round,
Of every drug that can be found,
You try them all to no avail,
The one you need, it's not for sale,
So at last you reach the end,
You've gone round the fucking bend.
