  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

I have constant brain pain. It hurts all day and night. I press on my forehead for relief but nothing helps. It feels like a constant hangover. Stress shrinks brains. I believe stress and anxiety and dread damages my brain. I've complained to a parent before about this and they said perhaps I have a brain tumor. No- it's fucking stress that never stops. For a very very long time. There is no relief from the horrible pressure.

Anyone else have really painful brain pain?

The most of 2021 I've had headaches daily, I take Tylenol every other day to help reduce some of the pain.

I don't care how serious they were/are about a tumor. It's negating my stressful situation. I have 0 money or interest in pursuing such a feat. Like I said it's constant like my stress. Thanks. Glad yours comes and goes. Unhappiness is painful....to my brain.

I think you have been in constant stress because people who are close to you have been giving you nothing but stress and mental pain which has been quite evident by your past threads you should try to take one or two day out for yourself and just go on some small trip In nature area like a forest or a mountain or maybe a beach which does not have many people and try to relax there maybe it could help you in some little way.

I had serious migraine for 4 years and then started to have epilepsy. Taking meds also damaged my mind and brain. Nothing really helped. I didn't have much depression early 20s. By 26, I realized I am in constant emotional pain for no reason. By 30, I have epilepsy. Taking more than 6 drug combination and progressive epilepsy, I had psychosis and a bit of schizophrenia symptom. I really don't know. My life is failure. Medically ill. Can't contribute to society. Almost homeless. Always planned to be gone. But I cannot do it at the moment because I care about my friend who is genuine. I understood the pain I may cause after losing my two friends. They died from accident. Maybe choosing suicide method will cause more emotional harm. But definitely I will end this before I don't know who even I am. Slowly getting retarded is good for me so far, because I forgave all abuse from the childhood and betrayal from someone I loved with having children together.

I have had pain from depression in my brain. More of a dull pain but I know what you mean. I'm sure it's a thing

I am suffering of chronic pain in the head, I have had it almost my entire adult life and it only gets worse with time. I think it is hereditary. I have to take painkillers every day. Why should I suffer the rest of my life with pain when I can die quickly. This would only be stupid and meaningless suffering.

Do you think it's just from stress? Did they do tests or something for you to get painkillers?

Yeah...the pressure and pain doesn't stop. I know I must go very soon.

I also sometimes get brain pain that feels like someone is actually trying to wring my brain out... an intense pressure of some sort, kind of like you described (if I understood correctly). Been getting it since I was a kid. I also have a history of migraines and headaches in general aren't uncommon with my illness, especially when I overexert myself, but that pressure in my brain is a separate thing; it's very distinct and intensifies with stress level.

Fucking sucks. I totally empathize.

Thanks for empathizing. I'm really surprised all suicidal people don't feel this horrible pressure and pain. I think it comes from stress, utter boredom and dread. I'm sorry to hear you felt it since you were a kid. I perhaps did also I just blocked out a lot of shit. I can't believe I have gotten this old and stacked on so much fucking stress. I want the pain to stop...and there's nothing I can do to lift the pressure and weight upon my fucking brain aside from offing myself.

Yes, it fucking sucks.
I read something about the Beatles or someone back in the day believing that if one cracked a bit on the skull it would relieve the pressure. I relate to this idea....the pain is unbearable.

My regret, guilt and fear is rotting my brain.
