Hey both, I must admit I am struggling a bit. I am feeling isolated and a bit vulnerable even though I have family around.
I guess changing jobs twice in 6 months (my choice) has left me a bit unsettled and it does not take much to overwhelm me.
Counting is good, something constant and I like the little community we have here.

Well anhedonia is one of the results, the issues are major depression, ADHD, C-PTSD and resulting from that failure in relationships of any kind, severe loneliness, total loss of motivation for everything really... feel free to message me if you want to talk more about any of this or whatever brought you here.
