Its mainly talk therapy with some brain spotting. Just stuff to help with my ptsd and nuerodivergency. Altho they like to think they help with my ed too. But they dont lol.

It does and doesn't help. Depends on the day and the issue

I'm sorry to hear it doesn't help with your ed. With such complex things, I suppose it can't always be helpful.

Uhm im unsure. But most likely yea. My therapist like to stay current with their modalities. And I believe I've heard them discuss emdr and that this is just a more fleshed out way to go about it idk. Shit memory dont trust me.

And its less.. activating than emdr.
