Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

How's your throat and overall health today?
Struggling with sleep, trying to figure out if I'm traumatized because family was actually toxic or if I'm just too sensitive.Sorry to hear that...Do you struggle with sleep or is it something completely different altogether?

My throat is a little better but I'm definitely coming down with a cold, hoping it passes soon. Thanks for asking!681

yeah, idk what to say when the people involved are trying their best as far as I know but their behavior and responses even in the face of confrontation are that of someone playing dumb. sounds bad but honestly I wish they'd just hit us instead because at least then I wouldn't be crazy for having issues.Family can be tough to deal with. It must be especially hard when you doubt your own experience...

Abusive behaviours are still abusive, even if the person who acts means well initially. I can understand you preferring hits (at least they are clear cut, and they can leave a trace that shows it happened. With words, it's much harder, especially if people twist them around afterwards).yeah, idk what to say when the people involved are trying their best as far as I know but their behavior and responses even in the face of confrontation are that of someone playing dumb. sounds bad but honestly I wish they'd just hit us instead because at least then I wouldn't be crazy for having issues.

I'm already in therapy, I'm living with a relative for a year before I go back to college, I'm just constantly questioning my own sanity and my parents keep doing awful stuff with one of my siblings that are borderline indefensible but not bad enough that I think anyone would actually care much.Abusive behaviours are still abusive, even if the person who acts means well initially. May I ask if there's someone else in your family/friends who could welcome you to their place a little bit? Or any counselor you could confide in?

My parents know where the line is and know how not to cross it. At one point a few years back when a sibling was having a meltdown they threatened to take every single object they owned other than some clothes, a pair of shoes, and that they'd take their bed and leave a sleeping bag, and then only backed down on threatening the bed because they realized that might be legally actionable.I'm sorry to hear that but at the same time I'm glad you are with a relative and in therapy.
Idk where you're from but psychological abuse on children isn't allowed in most western countries. Problem is actually proving it happens... I wonder if your therapist could do something (I guess they would have to see your sibling to actually assess whether they're suffering from abuse...).

What the fuck? How deranged does one have to be to think like this? About their kids??? You deserve so much betterMy parents know where the line is and know how not to cross it. Idk I think my parents are trying their best and that was admittedly one of the worst few incidents of the past few years (along with escalating refusal to do the dishes into a meltdown where they were threatening to take her to the ER which could potentially get her involuntarily hospitalized, insisting she not be allowed to leave the table for 10 minutes despite her being unable to handle it and banging her head on the wall the entire time, and trying to take away sunglasses she wears indoors as a sensory aide until a sibling pointed out just how fucked that is). The relatively really couldn't because she has more functioning issues than I could along with other reasons, I'm quite worried about this sibling because I'm barely functional and had a way better situation in terms of academics and ability to cope with life, and yet I'm still on this site lol. Idk how well they'll actually be able to be independent. What the fuck? How deranged does one have to be to think like this? About their kids??? You deserve so much better
Do you know if your relative also take in your sibling?
