I do not like the heat that comes with doing sports. And I never manage to get postures right in yoga/pilates, etc. Game was rigged from the start for me I guess
I used to enjoy rock climbing though. And I can hike a bit716
I do not enjoy the pain that I get from doing any kind of sports. Also bad posture too lol

Well feeling like you got beat up by five martial arts masters just because of one workout sure isn't the best reinforcement to keep exercising
It's a vicious circle though: the less we exercise, the more it hurts to do so
