Nobody knows for sure what it means. I recently learned from a profile post here that even a nobel prize winner in physics said nobody understands quantum mechanics. Let's take his word for it :-)

Woops! You've probably already figured it out but it's an older anime with one of the first mainstream tsundere characters (before Zero no Tsukaima dropped). The voice actress also voiced Louise from ZnT and basically reigned as tsundere queen of anime back.
