Help Body handling in SE Asia

I spend winter months in SE Asia specifically Thailand and the Philippines. I want to CTB and i wonder what steps i can take to get the remains of my body processed for cremation in a cost effective way.
Upon my research cremation and shipping of ashes is definitely more affordable.
I'd like to be able to plan for CTB there, but insecurity regarding the process w remains makes it hard. Any advice welcome.
