I've decided on bleeding out because I deserve the pain and that's the only method that is possible to get supplies for me.
Does anyone know the best ways to do it or what to use?

SPOILER//
SELF HARM//
USE OF PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT//
A NEED TO LEARN METHODS//

I use "blood letting" (with a needle in the vein) which consequently lowers my clotting factors and iron over a series of weeks. Daily blood draws of over 250ml.
My overall HB lowers with time also resulting in the need for a transfusion.

that its as easy as sticking a needle in your vein and leaving it. I did this by accident once and collapsed. Even though the needle was moved in the fall I continued to spurt two litres of blood until someone found me (unfortunately it was pretty soon and they applied pressure the the veinupincture site and called an ambulance.

I personally started with green needles as a starting point. Then as I got better at it, increased the size to a pink leur and a cream leur. In simpler terms a 21g to an 18g

DISCLAIMER:
Not recommended at home, well known video sites have tutorials for veinupuncture or blood draws.
know the dangers and know it's not for the faint hearted.
Risks can come at a heavy price fir practicing this method.
I am only giving an example of my own experience. I can't and won't teach a person how to engage in such dangerous behaviour

You need to familiarize yourself with anatomy. Look up the arterial system and focus on the ones that run through the groin, neck, and arms/wrist. As stated above bloodletting might be an easier method for you because it is slow and less dramatic because of death would eventually be anemia, but you also risk getting taken to the hospital as you'll become quite symptomatic.

The guide recommends that you practice with meat so you know how hard and deep you need to slice. You are going to want a surgical scalpel these can be purchased off of Amazon or other websites. I would discourage the use of things like kitchen knives as they tend to not be quite sharp enough and a blade that is not sharp enough will do a much sloppier job and hurt much more.

this method really is not for the faint of heart you're going to need to cut deep and focused. We're going to need to be able to not care that you're bleeding I'm going to need to cut until you find the artery and cut it open you'll know you hit the artery because it will be quite an impressive spray.

look up the arteries in the wrists personally if I were going to cut this is where I would do it cut from the hand all the way down to the elbow you cut deep and deliberately and aim for the artery. The femoral artery the more efficient seems very difficult to access as there is quite a bit of muscle in the area and cutting into the neck just seems kind of scary and hard-core as hell.

I wish you luck and peace, but my recommendation is you look into other methods as this one has a very high failure rate do the skill required as well as a fortitude. there's also relatively high chances of getting caught because when it comes down to it unless you cut the big juicy arteries it will take it time to bleed, and it will create quite a show for whom ever find the body

Just to add to this, if you caught a vein instead, even in a hot bath it is likely you would only bleed a pint or two before it clotted. I once asked a chaplain how people do both wrists as doing one severs the tendons so how would one then cut the other? He gave me a graphic description of using feet to hold the blade and even taping the blade in place as the force required is quite brutal. Still the survival ate is extremely high.

The blood let method is slower and you would need to "bleed out" using a large gauge needle in the vein or if you can get it or the brachieal artery.

if you have let blood every day for two weeks or a month your clotting factors are near on zero and chances of hypoverlemic shock are much higher. I'm talking from experience though when I say it feel like your soul is being sucked from you like a dementor out of Harry Potter! It comes on suddenly too. Causes your heart to beat extremely fast and vision becomes blurred with confusion. It's not euphoric at all. Very similar to a bad reaction to IV adrenaline
Also asprin, nom steroidal anti inflammatory and vaso diolators can be really handy. Or warfrin if you can get your hands on it. Bare in mind how much mess a pint of milk makes. Make sure the blood isn't going to run or drip to alert someone. Don't sever your tendons trying to do wrists. It's a lifetime disability. Make sure you are well hydrated and be prepared to defecate as the shock will often cause this to happen. Maybe fast from food for a bit and clear out your bowels first
