Method Bleeding out or SN?

I was wondering about which method to use because I'm stuck on these two, and I need advice

If bleeding to death is better where should I cut to ensure death but also reduce the amount of pain?

If SN is better can someone PM me on SN resources in Canada?

SN will likely be better than bleeding out. Besides, you'll probably not be able to manage the latter.

I'd vote sn. Bleeding out is far more difficult than it's made out to be on tv!
