The firearm megathread mentioned black powder guns as a good alternative you can get without a license (i am from europe). However it is barely mentioned in there so i do have additional questions.
-the very obvious question: are they strong enough to kill?
-while the muzzleloaders themself are easy to buy, i have a feeling the blackpowder itself is regulated, am i mistaken?
-are there any projectiles i should avoid?
-any additional recommendations?
