Today is my birthday and I'm miserable as ever
All I can think about is how my life has changed since my last one! and what I was actually doing on my last one! And that I really didn't want to be here for this one!

Now, now, now it's just miserable and empty! I can't bare to see anyone either!
I'm also on a psych ward too… yay to me and my day of birth into this

I dislike birthdays personally, as it is a day that is supposed to celebrate an existence I did not ask for and do not want. It is the day when all the suffering started. I'm sorry that you are having such an awful day, I can imagine that it must be horrible being trapped on a psych ward. I wish you the best in whatever happens.

Happy Birthday!!! I'm sorry you're feeling so awful and you have to spend it in the psych ward. Though they seem to be letting you access your phone so that's a plus. Maybe they will give you a slice of cake to make the day special.
