A few users, at least, saw a recent thread created by Observer18, about a SN welfare check in the United States.

They got called out on the details making no sense, along with having no proof it happened, despite claiming they did.

Funny enough, they deleted the thread after being faced with minor scrutiny by several users.

This was a very obvious, poor attempt at dissuading users from ordering SN.

Friendly reminder that this is the Internet. People lie all the time, don't believe everything you see.

You can be kind, polite, and sensitive while also asking for proof, evidence and verification. Use critical thinking and skepticism.

It's called the "long-con", establish credibility to make the story more believable. Again, without evidence, posts should be heavily scrutinized.

This would go for me, as well, I am no exception. I'm a dude on the internet.

If I went to the effort of making a welfare check thread on here, I'd expect users to question my story and expect me to provide proof.

I don't know if that post, specifically, was a bogus, anti-choicers attempt to dissuade people from buying SN, but I do believe that anti-choicers, in general, now permeate this forum in very large numbers.

I personally think that post was, for a multitude of reasons. But, yeah, I agree that there are a lot of anti-choice, bad actors among us.

Frankly, I'd actually have respect for them if they came on here wanting to have actually discourse and discussion about suicide.

Agreed. That thread raised red flags from the start, and you're right—scrutiny didn't even need to be harsh for it to fold. I've got a running mental list of accounts that operate this way. There are more than a few.

And frankly, if someone's going to make claims that directly impact harm reduction info or people's sense of safety, they should expect to be questioned.

Honestly? Those posts definitely scared me, so they have gotten through to some people. It sucks because now I feel as if I cannot trust ordering SN. But I'm still desperate enough to do it. I'm just going wait until I can move into my dorm and out of the house. I'll probably set up a PO Box as well as an extra measure. Someone on here helped me find a US source, so no dealing with customs.

The true members of SaSu need to keep making these call-out posts. It will help people stay calm and rational, rather than throw away a very good method from their roster. So thanks for this post.

That's the whole point, these posts are just to scare people from ordering SN.

More users need to be calling out posts, not just welfare checks, to verify there is truth to them. I can't be the only one doing it.

There's definitely been an uptick in "probes" as I like to call them. I've seen an influx of new users all asking the same questions.

So now Im wondering about SN on amazon? Is the statement that's its all fake then true? I think they said they banned it there also, but Im confused about whats real, and whats not. Im not getting it from there nonetheless. to dangerous for sure.

From my understanding, it's still sold on Amazon, but only to verified businesses. I could be wrong, though.

Yeah I think I seen that, but I also looked, and they have 99% SN. Somebody said they didnt, or that it was fake. So im thinking more misinformation? IDk Im not risking an amazon buy anyway. Just weird how they do things. Little fake facts here, and there.

Not sure about what today's post was but when this forum was flooded with well fare checks post I panicked and there away the SN I had just ordered last month.


I was not planning on using that SN anytime soon and even I was not convinced about using SN due to it not being painless or guaranteed method but after throwing away SN I realized I even thought I was not planning on using that SN just having that SN was giving me a peace of mind which is gone now and unfortunately I don't even have courage of ordering it again.

I agree.I don't even live in UK it is just that I panicked reading all the posts and threw away my SN because I don't have any prior experience with cops.I obviously not advising other people who have SN to throw it away.I was just stating my experience with these posts

In addition, upon more research I saw that there was a recent regulation in my state regarding SN. Therefore, I took my post down due to its uniqueness.

I don't know what happened in the old deleted thread, but after looking through @Observer13's post history, they just seem like someone who's into the spiritual and paranormal sciences.

My reason for CTB isn't due to depression, but stems from years of research of spiritual sciences and my own OBE/NDE's. I don't feel the need to live in a vessel that has biological desires designed to keep us in a cycle of birth and death

Yes, I am interested in these studies/experiences, but I have also been in the ICU after my failed attempt. I just want to clear myself of the allegations of falsifying my visit.
