are beta blockers recommended or not? i'm getting so much conflicting info on this method. someone said it'll slow down the process. and then, immediately after i've read another user saying that the new PPEH recommends it again. i'm tired. i don't get it anymore.
:( antacids are a confusing one too. everyone says very different things. i'm going a bit insane. i need to ctb now :( please help. i'm sorry for many questions about SN, its hard to think due to sudden reactive tinnitus :( help

PPH 2022 is the latest thing we can all access. Going by what he said, beta blockers are recommended.

People have their own beliefs and preferences, don't get confused over it.

He even explains the antacid issue. He has suggested alternatives which work better than antacid for this specific use.

Read the chapter on SN from pph and follow closely as possible. Forget other stuff you read here.

"Acid reducers" like Omeprazole.

PPH is getting updated monthly these days but it's not in a downloadable format anymore. So we are yet to find stuff post 2022 unless one is eligible to access via their site

ok thank you. what are the requirements to access via the site. and wouldn't someone with access just share it with us on the forum?

You need to be more than 50 years old if I'm right.

I have seen snippets here and there about the new changes but nothing detailed. Nor do I expect a big change in protocols as it was already refined over a few years

hm. i wonder why we don't just ask the older users to upload this here… that is odd to me anyway. how do they confirm the person is over 50? i guess the newest versions are really not needed. i know SN kills. thank you for your help. i'm going to research this more on my own, still a lot of confusion in my head. i guess, due to tinnitus, can't think clearly. thanks again

I think they ask you to send them a copy of your ID when you purchase.
