Help Best way to send delayed emails?

I've heard about Time Cave, but I read its messages go into the spam folder and Boomerang sends messages out too early.

I found Boomerang in Gmail to work fine in tests I did with it. I'm guessing you didn't set the time correct.
I doubt Google would fuck up with a simple thing like time delayed mail.

Does Gmail let you cancel the email if for example the attempt failed or you chickened out last minute? Or once you hit send there's no way to stop it?
