Hey, where can i buy a plastic bag and elastic to overdose on drugs and put plastic bag to ctb?

I have the helium method plan. I just bought clear bags at grocery store. Rather than an elastic i have a belt tied around it that is easy to further tighten once its around my neck

same, i would like some help with this. I cant find suitable bags around. I used plastic bags in my first attempt locked hands but I just tore them with teeth. Need strong bags.

Oh, well if you are taking F and can be certain of being unconscious then I guess it's fine.

All I know is that the original Final Exit book recommended the exit bag "with sleeping pills" and its expressly not recommended anymore.
