There was a technique I devised called "bearshaek". If executed properly, you can trigger an adrenaline rush, where your heart rate, blood pressure, increases drastically... it's sorta gradual and takes minutes to reach 160 in my experience. But theoretically, you can bring your pulse into the 200s or the rate in which makes you dizzy and perform an all-out valsalva maneuver and upon release, you'll trigger a subarachnoid hemorrhage which if that doesn't kill you, you'll experience an adrenaline storm which will make your heart rate and blood pressure rise to dangerously high levels and you'll end up dying from heart failure. As a heads up, based on my experience, performing the valsalva maneuver while amped up, I developed a splitting headache of sudden onset. It went away after a few seconds, but that was low grade. If you went all out, it's gonna be much worse. Honestly, I wouldn't risk performing the technique as a method as it's dangerous and prone to messing you up for life if you fail. But... knowing that kinda gives me a small sense of security in knowing that I have a way out, even if I'm locked up without anything to use.
