It's not about direction it's about cutting the artery. I can't mention blood thinners enough. I know they're hard to get, but man clotting is a pain in the butt.

This methods difficult. As I said in another post I've tried different ways to ctb like this. Even on different meds it was never enough. Laying in water, not enough. More cuts, larger blades, etc. I've literally split my forearm open and messed up nerves. Maybe I just never got it right, but I've been cutting myself with the hopes of bleeding out for many many yrs. Good Luck!

I read that doesn't matter at all. The important thing it has to be deep and stay in water

Chances are you can't do it. If you wanna do enough damage you either have a good pain tolerence or you're gonna be fucked up on pain meds. Either way it's likely easier to just use another method.
