Look at youtube there is lots of videos about blackpowder pistols and revolvers or join a gun club. It takes a little practis but not alot.

There's a nice forest there. Cheap and easy to get there, security is non existent.

Not sure where you are but with guns your options of traveling is limited to driving so ' somewhere in Europe' is a bit broad.
