I have a giant stash of benzos, both prescribed and rare ones that aren't used medically. A few years ago, I drank while taking some strong ones and almost died by wandering outside in the dead of winter and passing out. Unfortunately, I was found. This has me thinking, could I not just wander into the middle of nowhere in freezing temperatures, take a stupid amount of Flubromazolam ( it's active at 100 MICROgrams), say 5 grams, remove my jacket and shirt, wave farewell and be done with it? I don't think there's any chance of me waking up from something this strong, I'd black out really fast and probably pass out soon after. Thoughts?

I just took some flub and I feel like I could easily do this right now, except it's not cold enough. We're expecting temperatures of -24c here next week so that's my target. I'll be sure to make another post just before if I follow through. For now, I need to look for a spot where I can ditch my car and go for a long walk.

It's an option, but I must warn you though that tolerance increases the more you use it. You want to make sure you don't build up your tolerance too much before trying. (If you've been taking them for a while, best to take a month's break from all benzos if possible before attempting.)

Also I know little of death by freezing like how long it takes. It could take many hours, a couple of days or even a few days, you'd want to make sure you go nowhere where no one can find you and hope you don't get found when attempting. Also if it does take a long time to die from freezing, there's also the risk of waking up before your body succumbs to the freezing temperatures.

I was taking 1.5mg of clonazepam for 2 years but weened down to 0.75mg. The flub I barely ever take and it's insanely stronger than clonazepam. I've been reading that in the -20s, it shouldn't take long. I've also read more than one story of people freezing to death from just alcohol and wandering off into the cold. If I make sure to ditch my shirt beforehand I think my chances are good. Waking up half way would be terrible which I'd why I think taking my entire benzo stash, enough to sedate a T. rex along with alcohol is necessary. When I almost froze to death a few years back, I took 1.5mg of clonazepam it's no tolerance and drank about 10 shots.

If you like drinking alcohol and also use that for your attempt, it sounds like you should have a good shoot. (Just make sure you don't vomit XD)

One thing I forgot to mention that may be worth looking into, you ideally want a benzo with a long half-life so that its effects will last enough for the cold to kill you before you wake up. I'm unsure of how strong their effects are compared to benzos with a shorter half life (some benzos with shorter half-lifes like Alprazolam and Bromazepam are really strong), you could try mixing the two together.

This chart below lists the half-life of many benzos, as well as the approximate equivalent doses to 10mg diazepam:

Unfortunately I can't find Flubromazolam on there, I think that's because it's a designer benzo and not an ordinary benzo. I have much less experience with designer benzos than I do with ordinary ones. At the end of the day since you're already familiar with them and have used them before, you know how they affect your body better than anyone else. If you're confident in the tools and method you got, go for it.

@Shadowlord900 I just wanted to say thanks for replying, it means a lot to me. Flub is I believe the strongest benzo that we know of with a half life of 10-20 hours. I also have Fluclotizolam which is also very potent but it's short acting. I've been thinking since I posted, and I've come up with a spot. My family used to have a cottage in a secluded area 2 hours from any cities. At the end of the road there was a small beach we used to go to. I have so many great childhood memories there, I think it would be fitting to go there. Cottage areas are abandoned at this time of year, so I don't think I'll run into anyone. The lake should be frozen over, so I could take a walk on the ice when I do it. There's no wind coverage on the open lake. So I guess it's all planned now. It's sad that I had this surge of happiness knowing that I won't have to deal with this life anymore. At the same time I'm nervous but that's normal. Anyway, I'll be sure to post a thread soon. Thanks again.

Edit: So this is starting to make more sense now. Alcohol increases you chance of hypothermia by a lot, which explains why I almost died years ago.

"Alcohol may make your body feel warm inside, but it causes your blood vessels to expand, resulting in more rapid heat loss from the surface of your skin. The body's natural shivering response is diminished in people who've been drinking alcohol."

"Some drugs can change the body's ability to regulate its temperature. Examples include certain antidepressants, antipsychotics, narcotic pain medications and sedatives."
