I wake up and I feel still so hopeless and depressed. Not eating and sleeping, got about 3hours last night.

I can't even enjoy tv shows or videos, I just watch them with a blank stare.

I think that those who are able to get assisted suicide are fortunate, as after all we are all destined to die anyway and to me it sounds so ideal being able to take control over my inevitable fate in a peaceful way without having to plan the method in secrecy. But sadly it's not even legal in my country, I just hate how this society is so anti suicide, it's incredibly cruel to want to deny someone a peaceful exit.

How are you thinking of exiting? Any plans? Yeah I don't have enough money I think to do it as a tourist. I'm slowly losing my mind. I did this torture to myself too, need to finish the job

I'm still stuck here for now sadly. Suicide is unfortunately very complicated and difficult in this world where peaceful methods are restricted from us, and as I said the country that I live in is very anti suicide. It's such a shame there isn't the option of a guaranteed, peaceful and accessible way.
