Being in Lima right now

Hello everybody,
today was my 4th day cruising around Lima and the search for N (or H) has gotten really depressing. They all want that South American Prescription. That's the term they use here. On the 3rd day I finally could obtain one bottle. As the vet had just one in stock. I know that one is sufficient for me as the description on the bottle states "1ml per 2.5kg body weight". So the 50ml will be enough for me (75kg).
But I wanted to make sure not to be in a coma when found.

So I am desperately looking for a second bottle. If anyone knows a reliable vet in Lima Peru, I'm willing to pay good money. I'm not looking to offer money to any users so please do not ask.

I know that I am new to you all and that there have been many scammers around here. But I beg you to let me know if anyone of you has information about a reliable adress here in Lima. Tidus once wrote that there has been a guy called A who was successful in April this year.
I promise that I will give you a full report on what I have experienced here. I'm running out of time as my flight back to my home country is due tomorrow.

I don't know why they call it like that. Maybe there is a member of this forum who can clarify that. All in all it doesn't matter to me bc I don't have a prescription.
I tried to bribe two shops. I showed a 50$ bill and said: "Prescribcion. It's for you. You can keep it." Unfortunately they wouldn't agree.

Update: I'm currently at the airport and can't believe that this whole trip was worth nothing.
I wish all of you who will go to Peru more luck than I had. I think my main problem was that I don't speak spanish. But I can't guarantee that speaking spanish will get you to your goal.

But this whole trip is a reflection of my life. Struggling, struggling and struggling.

The PPEH makes it sound so easy to buy N. in Peru and South America. In reality, i'm not actually surprised that you didn't get what you were looking for... nothing in life is that easy

How are you bringing the one bottle of N. back? Which country are you returning to?

Now back in the hotel in my home country. Without the N... It was hard but I had to throw away the only bottle I could get. I was planning to refill the N in a perfume bottle and take it at home. Two weeks ago I wrote to a Dr via proton mail about the shelf life of N that is exposed to air and if it is a volatile substance. He didn't answer.
So the one bottle was useless to me. Because as I stated earlier I don't want to be found in a coma, reanimated and then being mentally disabled for the rest of my life.

They clearly said "prescription sudamerican". At least 3 of them used that expression. Some said receta. Maybe they just made it up to fool the foreigners. In the end it makes no difference. I couldn't get it.

Where is your home country? So it's safe to say that PPEH is either out of date or too optimistic when trying to obtain N. in South America? PPEH makes it sound like you can just enter in a pharmacy/vet store and buy N. off the shelves
