Because perception is unprovable, can you call someone else's thoughts wrong?

I would never dare to call someone's mind wrong for thinking differently, only I would present my ideas why their idea is wrong. Once a person attacks the person, in my opinion, there is a higher likely hood that the person attacking the person is less researched.
