  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

As per the title?

I'd either drive off of Beachy Head, or drive to Humber Bridge, pull over half way across, and jump.

I believe there are no suicide barriers at Humber Bridge?

I don't like the thought of landing on a hard surface, hence me driving off of Beachy Head. I'd just get a good run up & fly! Is it easy to get on the grass?

I have to admit, I like the thought of the Humber Bridge better.

Advice would be welcomed.

Thanks.

well if you drive/jump/cycle of Beachy head you'll hit a hard surface, depending on tides, there are not may days in a month that the sea reaches the bottom of the cliffs, so more likely you'll hit rocks. There are stories at Beachy head that rescuers went for one body and found 3 instead in severe state of decomposition; that's how big the rocks are down there that they can obscure a body.

Thanks for the response.

I actually don't like the thought of landing on a hard surface, hence me driving off.

I prefer the thought of Humber Bridge.

I thin that if your landing on a soft surface you need height, if your landing on a hard surface you don't need much height, if your landing on a jagged surface you need less height. Just make sure you have you math done, because it would be not nice to land and break your legs. Jumping ain't for me really. I'm a chicken, even hanging scares me.

Jumping was never my thing, but my preferred method has been taken away from me (police.)

I now feel trapped, as it took me a long time to stockpile the medication, now it's gone.

Feeling trapped in this world is actually worse than depression and anxiety, both of which have been murdering me for a while.

I'd never jump off Beachy Head. The thought of being ripped to pieces horrifies me. Jumping from a bridge, into the sea, does appeal to me. I see jumping as the ultimate way to go. A final finger up to all of the cunts (so called "professionals") who have failed me.

Someone previously posted about CTB at Beachy Head and when they showed up to the location, police were there and had them sectioned.

I would advise against listing specific CTB locations in your posts for that reason.

Thanks, but surely if I'm not mentioning dates then how would they know when to go?
