It's a bb Gun w co2 will this do the job? If not what's a quick guaranteed method. Hanging has been unsuccessful for me. Also can I use potassium nitrate as I can buy in store. Any methods where I can buy stuff in store would be appreciated

A BB gun is a great way to get a quality bruise. Maybe even a BB under the skin. It should hurt like hell. Much less effective as a ctb method.

Best advice can give you is have a read through the resources section. Please do not shoot yourself in the head with a BB gun. That would likely lead to a trip to hospital where you'll be extensively questioned & asked to explain what happened.....then you'll get carted off to the psych ward.
