this is so stupid but I'm at the point where I'm willing to try this I'm considering putting a bag over my head then tying it and just wait to die from the lack of air how long do you think it will take for me to pass out I'll drink a lot beforehand to help with going through with this just not exactly sure about this method or how long till i pass out

Your body will revolt because of an increase in CO2.

There's high risk for brain damage and it's considered a non-method.. Your body will fight due to an increase in CO2, and there is a risk of breaking the seal and air entering

If you stick a hose supply 99% nitrogen it would work

Unless you have zero access to anything else, why would you attempt something like this which will be pure torture???

I think, when such a method is performed with optimizations that don't require additional materials (like asphyxiant gases), loss of consciousness should be achievable in <5 min and the period of hypercapnia-induced discomfort can be reduced to <3 min. The optimizations include hyperventilation (for shortening the period of hypercapnia before LOC), full exhalation & removing as much air from the bag as possible (for minimizing oxygen reserves), and possibly exercise (for faster depletion of oxygen via metabolism).
