Hi everyone. I was wondering if a fucked up posture could influence one's ability to find their sweet spot when trying to do partial hanging.
I tried partial at the end of 2021 and had managed to find the right spot (lost consciousness and thought that'd be it) but ended up waking up on the floor (ligature was not secured enough to the anchor). Since then, my already poor posture (lots of slouching and head going forward) just got worse and now I can't seem to find my carotid anymore... I only manage to get the jugular (lots of pressure building up, but no fainting).
Does anyone know if bad posture can be an issue when doing partial? What would your advice be?
