Away from the site

I've been feeling better in the last few weeks, almost no suicidal thoughts, I've been trying to improve myself but it feels like trying to move a giant rock with just my hands, it's difficult, it feels like it's impossible to change my life and change my self-image. Do you fell the same?

i remember reading a lot of your posts and relating to them, so it's really great and comforting to see that you're getting better. changing the way you see yourself is extremely daunting. things will be really rocky and frustrating, but i know you can do it. we're all proud of you, i hope things continue to improve.

I feel like I want to change myself but I'm too stuck in my own pride and continue to deny it
Heavy rocks are hard to move but it's easier if there's others pushing with you too, so long as you accept their help
