  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

Yes, I find overly positive things and people to be irritating and depressing. There is nothing to be positive about in my opinion, life is suffering. I think to be positive about life you must be delusional. The way I see it, wanting suicide is perfectly rational when you realise how horrible, and pointless life really is. There is no limit as to how bad things can get. Reading about suicide gives me more confidence that I can eventually go through with it, so that is all I want to hear about.

Completely. My being is overcome with melancholy and anything that beckons to take it away eventually becomes awash in misery as well. I'm giving up in grasping at positivity because the morbid alternative has always been more comforting, sadly.

No.

Yes, and no.

Some days the "darkness" envelops you.

Meaning, you can attempt to be as bright, positive, and understanding as possible.

You can be a peacekeeper, or a shit disturber.

Some people will push that "brightness" into a darkened tunnel.

Unfortunately people are selfish and enjoy causing distress in others.

Are you "happy" and enjoying life?

How can I nag it into a destructive and dark and sad place for my own benefit?

That sounds like the family I was unfortunately exposed to for an extended period of time.

It is not a "perfect" world, but it could be.

And when we see it as a "perfect" world, it seems like people tend to find a way to destroy that for a person.

I wish I could go back 24 years and make a great escape.

Help is here, now. But it is not ideal, nor is it "fair," nor is it "equal."
