attempted suicide and euthanasia

If a person has attempted suicide, then this gives an advantage in euthanasia? For example in "Dignitas"?

I don't think Dignitas provides their services to those that are deemed just "mentally ill". I think Pegasos do, however. I'm not sure if it actually gives you any "credibility" or makes them more likely to take you on as a client.
