What would happen if I took the SN dose then called 911 right after? I suppose it would take them 20 minutes or so to get to me. How soon would the SN work, 20g taken alone in water?

Do not do that. Far to risky. The amount that is fatal and the time it takes to make you incapable of calling emergency services is very variable. You have a very high risk of dying before you can be saved. Call professional services if you need help.

I agree with @alltoomuch2 . If this is your plan, you are not ready. Try to get help another, safer way.
